Ingredients

1 lb. Oreos
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick melted oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix in blender the Oreos until like cornmeal.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 stick melted oleo.
Mix by hand.
Reserve 3/4 cup for topping.
Put remainder in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
