Seafood Cracker Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) nonfat cottage cheese
    1 c. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can King crabmeat, drained
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can cocktail shrimp, drained
Preparation
    In a blender, combine nonfat cottage cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Remove from blender and mix in seafood.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve with nonfat saltine crackers. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
    Makes ten 1/4 cup servings.
