Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can creamed corn
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion
    3 hot peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put 1/2 of batter in 9 x 19-inch pan.
    Layer with 1 pound ground meat (browned), 1 large onion (chopped) and 3 hot peppers (diced).
    Spread remaining batter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
