Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 in an 11 x 13 pan or two 8-inch rounds that have been greased and floured. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean. When cooled ice with cream cheese icing.
