Pot Pie(Square Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; roll out and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch squares.
    Drop in boiling chicken or beef broth.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
