Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs, separated
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat yolks and add grated cheese, flour, milk, salt and pepper (will be stiff).
    Fold in whites. Pour into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cube cream cheese and dot over top of cheese mixture; poke in (do not stir).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    May add chopped chilies, shrimp, ham or chicken into egg yolk mixture.
    If desired, serve with warmed green chili salsa (mild).
    Serves 8 to 10.
