Molded Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
    6 medium sized bananas, sliced
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
    drained pineapple juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 small pkg. jello (apricot, peach or orange)
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice, eggs, sugar and flour.
    Cook over low heat until thick (about 5 minutes).
    Add gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool before adding orange sections, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.
    Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
