Garlic Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
4 or 5 garlic cloves, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
4 or 5 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil and brown garlic until light brown.
Add onion and bell
pepper;
cook
a
little and add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer
for
5
minutes.
Add
water;
bring to boil. Reduce heat;
simmer
for 20 minutes.
Cook thin spaghetti or angel
hair pasta; drain.
Pour sauce over pasta; blend well. Sprinkle with grated Italian cheese.
