Tomato Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato puree
    1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except butter.
    Heat butter in a skillet over moderate heat and drop in mixture by spoonfuls.
    Fry to a delicate brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
