Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium red potatoes
    1 stick oleo
    2 small bell peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 small jars pimento
    2 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 roll jalapeno cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes; boil slowly for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
    Melt oleo; saute bell pepper and onion until tender.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and pimento; blend.
    Add milk and cook until sauce begins to thicken.
    Add cheeses and cook on low heat until cheeses are melted and blended.
    Place potatoes in a casserole dish; pour sauce over them.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 12.
