Microwave Asparagus-Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 (15 oz.) can asparagus strips, drained
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain.
    Cut in half crosswise.
    Melt butter in pan.
    Stir in flour and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
    Stir in milk and cook.
    Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened. Add garlic, thyme and pepper.
    Place 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce in bottom of square 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place layer of noodles over sauce, then layer 1/2 of the ham, 1/2 can asparagus, 1/2 cup of the sauce and 1/3 cup of mixed cheeses.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with remaining noodles and last of sauce and cheese.
    Cook on High power for 9 to 10 minutes, turning it twice.
