Teriyaki Steak Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 garlic cloves, minced
    hot coals on a grill
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Let stand for about 30 minutes. Cut steak into strips about 1/4-inch thick by 1-inch wide.
    Add to sauce. Stir to coat. Let stand 2 hours!!
