Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into quarters (wash them first)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes.
    Add potatoes and coat thoroughly.
    Bake 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Stir occasionally so potatoes will be cooked evenly.
    Garnish, if desired, with parsley.
