Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    5 carrots, cut up
    2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
    1 to 2 onions
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Grease a baking dish.
    Line with hamburg and onions, salt and pepper.
    Fill dish with sliced raw potatoes and cover with a can of undrained peas.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
