Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add the milk and mix to a batter that will drop from a spoon.
Drop from a spoon into the boiling stew, being sure of enough juice and no possibility of boiling dry.
Cover undisturbed for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the dumpling.
