Arkansas Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide and 4 inches long
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 egg whites (unbeaten)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Place cut chicken strips in a medium size bowl; add salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper.
    In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients except margarine.
    Pour mixture over chicken pieces and let stand about 15 minutes.
    Fry chicken strips in margarine until done.
    Serve with sauce.
