Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 small box croutons (optional)
Preparation
    Cook spinach in a pan until tender with onion; drain well. Add Velveeta cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese and sour cream and mix. Top with croutons (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
