Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes (raw)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 onion
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and place in casserole, alternating layers of potatoes and onion.
    To make sauce, melt butter, mushroom soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
