Hungarian Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion, chopped
    2 potatoes, cubed
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Put all meat, onion, potatoes, carrots, peas, garlic, parsley and green pepper in crock-pot.
    Mix together broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes.
    Pour over top.
    Stir.
    Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
