Open Face Turkey Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. turkey, cooked and diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green pepper
3/4 c. cheese
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bread
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except bread and cheese.
In broiler, toast one side of bread.
On untoasted side, place 1/4 of turkey mixture on each slice of bread.
Return to broiler until bread begins to brown.
Remove and place cheese on top of turkey mixture.
Return to broiler until cheese is melted.
