Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. oil
garlic salt
1 c. chopped celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms or fresh
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and roll in cornstarch. Fry in hot oil until brown.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Add remaining ingredients except soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce.
Serve over rice.
