Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. water
    2 c. uncooked grits
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (optional)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to rolling boil; slowly stir in grits.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until grits have thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to hot grits, mixing well.
    Turn into greased, shallow 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
