Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breast, skinned and deboned
8 slices bacon
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6 to 8 slices chopped beef
fresh mushrooms or parsley
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Heat bacon in oven only until limp.
Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
Chop bacon and beef over chicken.
Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, in oven at only 200\u00b0 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven.
Saute mushrooms in butter at medium temperature for about 8 minutes.
Scatter mushrooms over top of chicken.
Sprinkle parsley over all.
