Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium even sized potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives, thyme, sage or herbs of choice
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if skins are tough; otherwise, just rinse and pat dry.
Cut potatoes in thin slices, but not all the way through.
Use the handle of a wooden spoon lying parallel to potato to keep from cutting all the way through.
Place potatoes in microsafe dish.
Sprinkle with melted butter and chopped parsley, chives or sage.
Microwave on High power for 10 minutes, rearranging potatoes after 5 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Microwave at High power another 4 to 6 minutes, until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft.
Sprinkle with salt.
