Seafood Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 onions, minced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. dry white wine
    4 (28 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
    4 tsp. fresh basil or 1 1/4 tsp. dried
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    4 tsp. chopped parsley
    4 cans chopped clams
    2 lb. scallops, quartered (if large)
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Pour in wine and cook 2 minutes.
    Chop tomatoes.
    Add tomatoes and their juices, basil, oregano and parsley.
    Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to a simmer.
    Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Add seafoods.
    Cover and cook until seafood is just firm, about 3 minutes.
    Taste and adjust seasonings.
    Add pepper to taste.
