Topknots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
    Add eggs, flour, salt and butter.
    Will form a soft dough.
    Turn onto floured board and knead.
    Put back into bowl; let rise.
    Punch down.
    Knead. Roll until thin.
    Spread with butter.
    Roll up (jelly roll style). Cut in 1-inch slices.
    Place in greased muffin tin; let rise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Brush with butter.
