Luba'S Raspberry Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sweet potatoes or yams
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. raspberries (frozen)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes.
    Cook in boiling water until soft. Mash potatoes; add butter, brown sugar and milk and mix.
    (Can be made ahead of time up to this point and refrigerated.)
    Put in a 350\u00b0 oven to heat, covered, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
    Last 10 minutes put raspberries (defrosted) on top; cover and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes (until raspberries are warm).
