Carrot Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots, cook 10 minutes and drain
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium pepper, chopped
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
This will keep for a good while in the refrigerator.
