Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless stew meat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle flour over meat, coating each piece thoroughly.
    Brown quickly in hot oil.
    Place meat in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with onion, vinegar, water and seasoning.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
