Creamy Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Success brown and wild flavored rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions. Add broccoli, soup and slightly beaten egg yolks.
    Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into rice mixture. Empty mixture into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings (about 3/4 cup each).
