Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. unsalted butter melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven 400\u00b0.
    Sift first four ingredients.
    Stir in egg, butter, milk, sour cream and vanilla until just moistened.
    Gently fold in berries.
    Fill paper lined muffin tins and bake about 20 minutes.
    Makes 12.
    Awesome snack warm from the oven with butter!
