Coconut Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water together for 20 minutes.
    Slowly add coconut and margarine.
    Let cool.
    Add eggs.
    Put into 16 unbaked tart shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
