Stay A Bed Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cubed
    1 can drained peas
    1 c. fresh sliced carrots
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. tomato soup plus 1/2 c. water
    2 medium potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Mix and place all in a baking dish with tight cover.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
