Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
3 stalks celery
1 large bell pepper
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small can LeSueur English peas
1 small jar Miracle Whip
1 to 2 Tbsp. bacon bits
Preparation

In a large casserole dish, break one head lettuce.
Chop the celery and bell pepper.
Pour over lettuce.
Layer drained, sliced water chestnuts and drained peas.
Spread top with Miracle Whip. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Refrigerate overnight.
