Easy Cheese Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 lb. sour cream
1 pkg. graham crackers
Preparation

Butter spring-form and dust sides and bottom with crumbs.
In a mixer, cream cottage cheese and then add rest of ingredients one at a time, until all are gone.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Let stand in oven with door closed for 2 hours. Refrigerate.
