Spicy Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1/3 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix zucchini and
    boiling
    water
    in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat
    at
    low
    speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly.
    Spoon
    into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool in pan on wire rack.
