Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Gold Medal flour
1 c. moist shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cut up almonds
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Stir in brown sugar and vanilla; mix together and stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix in coconut and almonds or other nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until topping is golden brown. Cool slightly, then cut into bars.
