Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in eggs and oil until dry ingredients are moist. Add vanilla, pineapple with juice, pecans and bananas. Spoon batter into 3 greased 9-inch round cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
Frost.
