Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (any variety or combination)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup and cheese.
Put in a shallow casserole or cake pan.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the casserole and then sprinkle the melted butter or margarine over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
