Baked Yellowtail Snapper With Balsamic Vinegar(3 To 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole yellowtail or red snapper, cleaned (about 3 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 medium garlic clove, smashed
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, sprigs for garnish
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme, sprigs for garnish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. green pepper
    1 bottle (8 oz.) lemon juice
    lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Using a small knife, make 2 diagonal slices about 1/2 inch deep on both sides of fish.
    Dust fish with flour and shake off any excess.
