Sour Cream Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1-inch) chops
sage, salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 sliced onion
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Rub chops with sage, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet. Brown chops.
Add sliced onion and chicken broth.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Remove chops from skillet.
Combine sour cream and flour.
Add sour cream mixture to skillet.
Cook until smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour over chops.
