Hot Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped, peeled apples
2 c. whole raw cranberries
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Oil a 2-quart casserole.
Place the chopped apples and cranberries in the casserole.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with sugar.
In a medium mixing bowl, blend the oatmeal, walnuts, brown sugar and melted butter just to moisten.
Pour over fruit. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8.
