Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can cream chicken soup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. celery
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz or slices of Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil rice for 13 minutes.
    Melt butter in pan; add broccoli, celery and onion.
    Cook for a few minutes.\tPour in soup and cheese and stir well.
    Mix with rice and put in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
