Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large marshmallows
2 (29 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 egg yolks, beaten
dash of salt
4 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Drain and mash sweet potatoes; add 1/4 cup melted butter, egg yolks and salt.
Mix and divide into 20 portions. Wrap each portion around a marshmallow.
Add 1/4 cup melted butter to cornflake crumbs and rol leach portion in crumbs.
Place in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until heated through.
