Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together all items, except the egg whites, then add beaten egg whites.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until filling is firm.
