Shrimp And Snow Peas Hors D'Oeuvres(Eating Well Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 snow peas (about 1/4 lb.)
    36 medium sized shrimp, unpeeled (about 1 lb.)
    1/2 c. red currant jelly
    4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Shrimp Directions:
    String snow peas and place in pot of boiling, salted water.
    Blanche for 45 seconds, counting from when water returns to boil.
    Immediately remove from water with a slotted spoon and run under cold water.
    Drain.
