Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage (breakfast)
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained (1/2 c.)
1 green pepper, cut into thin rings
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Cook and stir sausage and onion in skillet until sausage is brown; drain.
Mix Bisquick mix and water until thoroughly moistened.
Spread batter in pan.
Spread spaghetti sauce carefully over batter.
Top with sausage mixture and remaining ingredients. Bake until crust is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
