Okra-Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. tender okra
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
5 strips bacon
Preparation

Slice okra into thin rounds.
Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Place layers of okra, tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion and sweet pepper.
Repeat layers.
Lay bacon on top overlapping each pieces. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
