Ape Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. flour
1 lb. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Add lard or Crisco; mix as for pie dough.
Add sour milk and baking soda.
If too moist, add more flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
