"Unfried" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. ice water
    4 lb. skinned chicken
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Place ice water in large bowl and soak chicken parts while preparing the breading.
    Spray baking sheet with Pam.
